You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after your package has left our facility, but our support team is happy to help you track a delayed shipment. amberoots
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
For glass and fragile products, a continuous and unedited unboxing video is required to be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement. The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the item being unpacked.
To start a return, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and, when applicable, your unboxing video. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions. Approved returns are issued as store credit to the email associated with your order after the returned item has been received and inspected.
