2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. However, slight variations (especially in handmade or natural-material items such as glass and amber pieces) may occur, and colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if this occurs.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not liable for delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email once it has been processed and shipped.

5. Shipping

Orders ship within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Glass Products

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Glass products: because these items are fragile, an unedited, continuous unboxing video is required to be eligible for any return, refund, or replacement claim. Without this video, we are unable to process a claim, as we cannot distinguish transit damage from mishandling after delivery.

  • Approved returns must be sent to the return address we provide by email after your return request is approved. Do not send returns without first contacting us.

  • Approved returns are refunded as store credit only; we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property
